Main Ingredients included:

- Calendula: Anti-inflammatory properties can alleviate menstrual cramps and digestive issues.
- Rosehip: Supports immune function and may relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS).
Best Time to Drink:
Morning or Afternoon: Enjoy a cup in the morning for a gentle energy boost and immune support throughout the day. Alternatively, sip in the afternoon for hydration and a refreshing pick-me-up.
Avoid Before Bed: Due to the caffeine content in Honeybush, it's best to avoid drinking this tea too close to bedtime to ensure quality sleep.
Instructions:
- Bring 4 cups of filtered/ alkaline water to a gentle boil over medium heat in a small saucepan.
- Once the water is boiling, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Add 1 teaspoon of Leaves to the hot water.
- Cover the saucepan with a lid and let the herbs steep for 10-15 minutes to extract their beneficial properties.
- After steeping, strain the tea using a fine mesh sieve or tea strainer to remove the herbs. You can save the leaves for another steep. Keep in refrigerator till ready to use.
- Pour the strained tea into cups or mugs and enjoy warm.
- Optionally, you can sweeten the tea with locally sourced honey or add a splash of lemon juice for extra flavor.
Note: Adjust the quantities of herbs according to your taste preferences and desired strength of the tea. You can also experiment with different combinations of herbs to customize the blend to suit your needs.
