According to the Council of Maharishi Ayurveda Physicians, the whole idea of a purifying cleanse is to restore balance within the body, so toxins can flow out of the body.
- Ginger, one of the blend components helps achieve this state. Considered by many to be a veritable Ayurvedic medicine chest, ginger aids digestion and helps nutrients reach body tissues by clearing what are known as microcirculatory channels. (In fact, an Ayurvedic sutra states that everyone should consume ginger just before lunch and dinner for this exact reason.) Ginger balances your Kapha and Vata
- Roses, another component of the blend are believed to balance Sadhaka Pitta, or affairs of the heart. Rose balances the Pitta
- Dandelion root regulates blood sugar levels in diabetics also clears the liver and gallbladder while removing cholesterol from the blood. Dandelion is high potassium content makes it a strong diuretic, relieving high blood pressure and the water retention that causes spring sluggishness. Dandelion balances Pitta and Kapha

Recommendations for use: Drink no more than 24oz of brewed Cleanse in a day and 16oz is the optimal serving per day. To see a flush: use every day for a minimum of 15 days and no more than 30 days. After 30 days rest for 45 days before starting your cleanse again.
