Hybrid Raw Juice

HOW TO DRINK:

It is best to drink our Hybrids only all day, you can also drink water, but no food  if you must eat food, we recommend a dark green salad with no Protein and no dairy, no carbs.  If you find yourself getting a headache, you may add a little bit of carbs in with your meal. However, for best results, we recommend you drink the juice and water only.

Do not guzzle the juice down instead sip throughout the day. You can pour this in an 8 ounce or 12 ounce container or drink straight from the bottle throughout the day. It is recommended that women consume 48 ounces a day and then consume 72 ounces a day however, you can drink as much or as little as you need in order to feel the effects.

These are also part of our phase 3 juicing program.  Think of our raw juices as a car wash for your car. Your body is a high-performance vehicle that needs maintenance on a regular. 

OPTION 1: drink 8 (1 cup or 8 oz a day) for 8 days if you purchase the 64oz and 16 days if you purchased the 1 gallon). You will sip on (1 cup) all day till 3pm (fasting period)  you will begin eating (according to your assigned nutrition plan: available for consultation & purchase) or simply eat clean and healthy. Eat from 3p-10p  then start this fast again for the next 8 or 16 days. 

OPTION 2: sip on HYBRID all day with no additional food. Alternate with water. Example: from 7a-9a sip on HYBRID/. 9a-12p Water only/ 12p-3p HYBRID/ 3p-5p Water/ 5p-8p HYBRID/ 8p till bed Water. If you have any Hybrid remaining continue to next day. 

 DRINK FOR 7 DAYS OPTION:

To spread out 128 ounces of liquid over a week, divide it by 7 days:

1. Daily Intake: 128 oz / 7 days = about 18.3 oz per day.

You can split this daily intake further based on your preference:

• Twice a Day: Around 9 oz in the morning and 9 oz in the evening.

• Three Times a Day: About 6 oz each time (morning, midday, evening).

• Four Times a Day: Approximately 4.6 oz each time.
