3, 5, 7 Day Smoothie Cleanse

This is great information if you have just recently purchased our 3, 5, or 7 day smoothie cleanse.
Our FUELs give you the nutrition needed to cleanse your body, boost energy and jumpstart a healthier diet. Loaded with nutrients, minerals, fiber, electrolytes, and aminos to enhance your high performance body.
If you choose not to drink all of them right away, it is recommended to freeze our products. This will lock in all the flavor, nutrients and enzymes, and lets you enjoy them whenever you want. These are made fresh so make sure to freeze them within 7 days after purchase.
What you should have received:
Diesels (small bottles)
Fuels (Large bottles)
Before you get started, I recommend weighing yourself and taking your before photos. If you purchased the GoGo, the best time to do that is right before you get started with the cleanse.

Since you purchased the 3,5, or 7 day, it is recommended that you take these for consecutive days. No days off! :-)
How to do it:
First thing in the morning:
Take one DIESEL, these are strong so I recommend just taking it quickly and get it out of the way. (it does not matter which one you take first) I personally take the UPRISE, SUNRISE, or EARLY RISE first in the morning. However, it is not required to drink in any particular order.
Drink 16oz of water
MEALS 1-3 are FUELs
Drink a minimum of 8 oz of water after each FUEL.
Mid day: take another DIESEL for that midday pick me up
Meal 4: Eat a dark green salad, no carb, and no dairy
Meal 5: FUEL
Repeat this for each day
Protein Packs: these are used as an “as needed” supplement mix into a FUEL if you feel you need a bit more substance (blue) packs are Whey Protein of 26g (green) packs are Vegan Protein of 16g.
-the whey will be more filling and has a vanilla taste and makes the Fuels a bit sweeter, you may want to add water.-
Overall, when to use the packets are to mix into a FUEL…. Either…
1. right before a hard workout
2. right after a workout
3. when you are craving foods/feeling super famished
other than these reasons do not add the protein packs. Drink the FUELS as is. You may store and save the packs for later use and add in water or a smoothie after your cleanse
The final day…
On the last day, in the morning, weigh yourself and take your photos. See what progress you made.
How to weigh:
Best to weigh first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and after you use the restroom
The GoGo ; if you purchased the GOGO make sure to take that first to flush your body clean. Drink the entire drink within 5min. do not sip it! then drink a minimum of 1liter of water Alkaline preferred Then wait for the magic to happen. Then start your Fuel plan
Don’t forget to take your weight and measurements prior to the start of it all. Then again at the end. If you do a 5 or 7 day many found it helpful to weigh at day 3.

What to eat after the cleanse?
It is best to ease back into foods. Start with Salads then move into sea food then slowly add in red meats and heavy carbs.
