Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our long-term pursuit and concern. As the Founder of our company, we stand behind our products. We guarantee that our products are delivered within 21 business days and may be returned within 14 working days from the date of shipment. The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time that usually varies up to 7 business days. Only products purchased on may be considered for return. If you are uncertain of allergic reaction you may request a tester prior to purchase. Purchaser will cover the cost of shipping and we will send out a miniature sample for you to test to ensure no adverse reactions occur.

The estimated delivery time for orders Ugly Sweat is 15-35 business days. Due to the fact that shipping time may vary depending on factors beyond our control.

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Nuvu Fit (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster etc...). Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Nuvu Fit.

Return Order Condition: The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn and unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Return items with any sign of being worn or used are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

1. All product ARE SEMI REFUNDABLE but ALL EXCHANGABLE either with another size or different product, if you received defect product we can EXCHANGE it with the new one. Please send us the current item and we will exchange for equal or lesser value.
2. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
3. You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it. Items received after 14 days will be classified as unacceptable and not refunded.
4. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. Your item will be refunded or exchanged after we receive the item from you and review it.

1. To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing to ORDERS@SYNERGYNUVU.COM. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact and in its original packaging.
2. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.
3. Customer agrees to pay handling and shipping fee for exchange request.
4. For garment product, you can request for exchange size within 7 days after the product are received.

How To Return/Exchange an Item

● If there is a problem with the order, e-mail us at (subject line: RETURN, EXCHANGE) within 7 business days of the receipt to let us know of your return or exchange.
● You will receive a questionnaire for this issue via reply email. Send back with your answers filled in the questionnaire.
● You will be issued a Return Authorization number via reply email if the return is deemed acceptable. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA.
● Use the original shipping box and packing materials if possible and completely remove or cover the original shipping label. The questionnaire form should be printed and included in the package with your returned merchandise, together with the return receipt that proves the date of your receipt of the order.
● Drop off your package at your return courier's station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.
● Allow up to 14 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. To ensure no problems occur, contact us at ORDERS@SYNERGYNUVU.COM to follow up on your request.
● Please Note: Customized Samples and Clothes can NOT be returned!

Credit or replacement item will be issued/shipped within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

Order cancellation / refund will be only approved before 11:59 PM CST on the same day of your order.
