Difference between a 7 day and 15 day DETOX

When deciding between a seven and a 15 day detox/Reset  They tend to be very similar, but have differences.  The similarities are… they are meant to be a jumpstart unlike the full 30 day, which is a cellular reset .

7-Day Detox

Initial Water Weight Loss: The first few days of a detox often result in the loss of water weight due to reduced calorie intake, lower sodium levels, and the flushing out of stored glycogen, which holds water in the body.
